The vineyards are planted with the white grape varietals Riesling, Pinot Blanc, Chardonnay and Gewürztraminer and with the red grape varietals Spätburgunder (Pinot Noir), Dornfelder and Portugieser. The soil is loamy and only natural fertilizer is being applied, NO chemical products at all.
