BOUQUET: wide, round and harmonic with citrus notes and hint’s orange blossom, grapefruit and sage. Final with notes of white flesh peach, elder and chamomile.

FLAVOUR: sweet, creamy and very balanced where sugar and acidity give at the wine freshness and minerality. Delicate hint of yellow peach and tangerine with captivating citrine final.

Enjoy as aperitif, with fruity desserts

All the operations carried out after alcoholic fermentation, up to and including bottling, are done by protecting the wine from contact with oxygen using nitrogen. In this way there is a greater conservation of wine aromas and coloring substances and a considerable reduction in the use of sulphites. 

The unmistakable labels are the work of the artist Gianni Gallo.
