Our classic Italian cake is handmade using only natural and the highest quality ingredients; butter, fresh eggs, Madagascan vanilla, naturally candied fruit, gourmet chocolate and dried fruit. Following a traditional recipe we work with passion to bring the scents and flavours to you in each Panettone.

Wheat flour type 00, butter, dark chocolate chips 15% (52% minimum cocoa: cocoa mass, sugar, low-fat cocoa, emulsifier: soya lecithin), fresh egg yolks, sugar, sourdough, honey, sea salt, vanilla. Icing: chocolate (sugar,answeetened chocolate, cocoa butter,soy lecithin, natural vanilla flavor).
Our Panettone is the result of us working to refine a traditional recipe. Made only of flour, butter and our ‘mother yeast’; the dough is left to prove for 36 hours. This dough then takes the carefully selected flavours of sultanas, naturally candied peel and vanilla to achieve a fragrant and soft consistency.

We choose only the best local ingredients, nurturing our ‘lievito madre’ sour-dough ‘mother yeast’ and adding the most flavoursome flours.
We only use fresh eggs and butter from local dairies and ingredients without preservatives or emulsifiers.
