Cabernet Cubin is a late-maturing and yield safe red new variety with robust viticultural characteristics. It has many similarities to Cabernet Sauvignon. This variety produces very intense color, tannic wines with Cassis note, which are very complex and rich in extract. The wines need a longer maturity to bring their optimum quality.
