Manual harvesting, pressing in whole grapes, vinification in traditional method. After the first fermentation, a harmonious blend of Pinot Blanc and Auxerrois is carried out. Aged for at least 14 months on lees.
Bright gold with fine bubbles, peach and white fruit aromas. Delicacy combined with fruity notes. A refined set that can accompany a whole meal.
Food pairing with aperitif, convivial moment, salads, cold white meat, fish, patés (cold or hot), sauerkraut, cheeses (camembert, brie, sheep, goat ...), all desserts.
