Our Panettone is the result of us working to refine a traditional recipe.
Made only of flour, butter and our ‘mother yeast’; the dough is left to prove for 36 hours. This dough then takes the carefully selected flavours of sultanas, naturally candied peel and vanilla to achieve a fragrant and soft consistency.
