Manual harvesting, pressing in whole grapes, vinification in traditional method. After the first fermentation, a harmonious blend of Pinot Blanc and Auxerrois is carried out.
Bright gold with fine bubbles, peach and white fruit aromas. Delicacy combined with fruity notes. A refined set that can accompany a whole meal.
Food pairing with aperitif, convivial moment, salads, cold white meat, fish, patés (cold or hot), sauerkraut, cheeses (camembert, brie, sheep, goat ...), all desserts.
